Since 2005, Clay has been operating in the complex real estate markets of San Francisco and New York City. Whether selling a home, helping buyers, or managing investment properties, Clay will aggressively pursue the best price possible while managing to the smallest level of detail.
Clay’s vast experience in design and construction, along with background in negotiating and problem solving during his tenure as Vice President of Customer Experience and various Director roles for some of the largest retailers in the country, have contributed to an ideal skill set for assisting clients with navigating and succeeding in San Francisco’s complex and challenging real estate market.
Midwestern roots and life experience on the East Coast give Clay a great appreciation for San Francisco, which he has called home for 18 years. With his home base in Mission Dolores, Clay is grateful to live where so many can only visit. He enjoys restaurants, movies, theater, skiing, travel, and time with his dog, Edie. He is most happy laughing with friends, preferably near a body of water!
